Link count computations for Phrase, Broad and Part matches are handled differently.  Anchortext on backlink pages will be counted according to the following rules.

Phrase Match:	One count for one or many phrase matches found.
Broad Match:	One count for one or many Broad Matches found ONLY when there are no Phrase Matches within the backlink anchortext.
Part Match:	One count for one or many Part Matches found ONLY when there are no Phrase or Part Maches within the backlink anchortext.  If there is a Phrase or Broad match within the backlink anchortext, Part Matches will not be recorded.
